Keepsake Florals: Meaningful Bouquets For A Photoshoot

There is something extraordinarily special about watching your love story blossom long after the wedding day. That’s why I’m so excited to share what I’ve quietly been creating behind the scenes: complimentary heirloom bouquets for previous wedding couples.

Which means that, yes, if you’ve been one of my wedding couples, this absolutely applies to you! Email me to request yours, and pardon any delays during the high wedding season!

What are heirloom bouquets?

Your wedding flowers are just one piece of a much bigger, meaningful narrative. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of seeing many of my couples share new milestones — anniversary portraits, baby announcements, growing families, or the simple moments in between. With each couple, I’m reminded that flowers don’t belong solely to weddings; they belong to the stories that unfold long after, too.

Heirloom bouquets are my way of honoring that continuation. They are a one-time, complimentary bouquet or basket arrangement designed for one professionally photographed moment after your wedding. Think of it as a small, heartfelt thank-you, a creative way to stay connected, celebrate your next chapter, and bring back some floral elegance when life gives you something beautiful to capture.

When to request your heirloom bouquet

This isn’t something I advertise widely or include contractually. It’s simply a gift for my couples — especially those who have stayed in touch or shared glimpses of their life after the aisle.

In short, these keepsake florals are created for past couples who want to honor a meaningful milestone with florals that feel intentional, personal, and connected to the artistry of their wedding day.

The most common moments couples request a bouquet for include:

  • Anniversary photos
  • Maternity photos or baby announcements
  • Family portraits

Think of these florals as the finishing touch — the soft, emotive details that elevate a moment and help tell the story of who you are now and who you are becoming, not just who you were on your wedding day. They add color, symbolism, texture, and a sense of continuity. Much like your marriage, they’re rooted in meaning and gathered with care.

There is no deadline or expiration, so long as I am in a season of working and creating. Whether your wedding was three months ago or three years ago, if you have a milestone worth documenting, you’re always welcome to reach out.

How the process works

The process is intentionally simple and personal — like everything I aim to create.

  1. Reach out

These bouquets are made by request only, so the first step is simply emailing me with:

  • The milestone you want to celebrate
  • The date of your photoshoot
  • Any color preferences or meaningful details

There is no form or formal portal — just a simple conversation.

  1. Designing your keepsake florals

Once I know what you’re celebrating, and if our availability aligns, I will craft a bouquet or basket arrangement inspired by that chapter. Every design is personalized — not a replica of your wedding florals, but a continuation of your story with new blooms, colors, and textures.

  1. Pick up your bouquet

We’ll coordinate pickup timing, and then you can bring the bouquet directly to your home, photoshoot, or other location. From there, let the moment unfold with meaningful florals to set the scene.

A final note about these sentimental florals

Creating these bouquets brings me a kind of joy I can’t quite put into words. It’s not a service I offer with my full-service collections; it’s simply a thank you. A way of showing appreciation for the couples who have supported my work, shared their lives with me, or stayed connected in the small, meaningful ways that make this craft feel so human.

If you have a milestone coming up — big or small — and you feel a bouquet would add to that memory, I’d be honored to design one for you once more.

Whenever you’re ready, just reach out.
